Mohammad and Ali Alibeygi are the managers of Alibeygi leather production group who have been working in the leather industry for about 33 years. Before that, they were familiar with these industries through their father, Haj Aziz Alibeygi, who is the founder of Alibeygi Leather, and also their grandfather, who was active in leather and shoe market, so they have about 80 years of experience in the field. Referring to the production of 50 types of natural cow leather products in various designs, constructions, and colors used for shoes, bags, and belts, Ali Alibeygi pointed out that most of the products of this collection are used by Tehran producers. These high-quality and appropriate products are produced and made available to consumers with the diligence, innovation, and experience of pioneers, along with the products of other leather producers in Iran, especially Tabriz’s Charmshahr, which is the center of the leather industry and has a long history, as well as the producers of Tehran’s Charmhahr.

Regarding the problems of the industry and the increase in the price of leather, which is caused by the increase in the price of cow skin and raw materials used in the leather industry, Alibeygi says: the raw materials are mostly imported or assembled by domestic companies.
The problems of the sanctions and the longtime of order registration and the problems of international transportation and customs clearance are the main reasons for the price increase in the final price.
Perhaps, in addition to the high overhead cost of depreciation of the equipment and machinery of this industry and the need to update the production line, the lack of adequate and appropriate support and the problems of skilled labor play a significant role in the production price.
