Aysana is rolling out its new product at Mpex:“Ecco” is Designed Based on Foot Anatomy
This year, Aysana Shoes Company rolled out its new product called “Ecco” at the Mpex exhibition, which attracted a lot of attention.
In an interview with News leather and shoe industrial Magazine, Mehdi Mohebi said: “I am studying pharmacy, but I have continued my father’s work in the shoe industry.”
On his new product at Mpex, Mohebi said: “We rolled out a product called Ecco at Mpex. The Ecco mold is made in Turkey, and soon its shoes will also be released to the market. A lot of work has been done on this model and for the first time we have fully observed the anatomy of the foot. Its model is very comfortable on the foot.”
“This model was greatly welcomed and liked by many customers. Of course, with our desire to approach young people, this model has gained fans.”
On the price of this model, Mohebi also said: “the prices have not been announced yet, only the model has been rolled out. We will announce them in the coming days.”
“We got acquainted with this model by chance. Of course, it was a model that posed challenges, because it requires a new technology to provide the shoes sole and upper, and it is somehow out of the industrial structure and close to the traditional structure. The work is a kind of shoemaking. We have been working on this model for about six months since April. The work is now finished and we have implemented some models for the shoes upper.
The Jeanswest manager welcomed this model, and we decided to make a special mold for them with their own brand. And this was a great favor that happened to us at the Tehran exhibition”, he further noted.
On the work ordering, Mohebi reminded: “Friends can visit our office and place an order. Then we will also send them samples. We have a 6-month warranty on our products. Currently, our product is made with artificial leather, but we are trying to make this design on natural leather, soon for customers who are demanding.”
“Mpex exhibition was great as it did the last years. We hope that every year it will be held better than previous years. We will attend the next exhibition in Qom MATREX where we will roll out our raw materials. Guided by Mr. Javad Shabanzadeh, we were able to take steps in the supplying of raw materials in Qom. One of our best raw materials is silicone. We will also attend the Qom Shoes exhibition.”
